The person residing in the United States is the petitioner. We can set up an appointment for the petitioner to be collected at a facility close to their home. They will need a government issued photo identification and a copy of a letter from the USCIS/ Embassy asking for a DNA test.
If this letter were not available we would require any document they have received stating their government issued case number. This paperwork will allow the USCIS/ Embassy to match the laboratory results to the correct
Government case.

The Collection kit is sent directly to a recommended DNA collector, PSC, practitioner or doctor in your local area.
State Drivers License, State I.D. Social Security Card, School I.D., Hospital Release forms for New Born Children and Passports.
Under special circumstances the mothers DNA does not need to be tested (If this is the case and the child is under 16 you must also bring with you proof of parental responsibility for the child)
Results are available in 3-7 business days and will be provided via mail and email.
